Martin Terrier aiming for Bundesliga bullseye after joining champions
The French attacker is hoping to hit the target from the start for Bayer Leverkusen after joining from Rennes. The summer signing's trademark dart-throwing celebration might just become a familiar sight for Bundesliga viewers in 2024/25.
27-year-old Martin Terrier has been compared to Thomas Müller for his intelligent positional attacking play, and while we will have a little while to wait to see if the summer signing from Rennes can live up to that billing - he does seem to feel at home having linked up with the Bundesliga champions.
Terrier told the Bayer Leverkusen club website: "It's a great club, I'll do everything I can to repay the faith of the club's bosses in me, show my strength and hopefully score lots of goals."
