Michael Keane could leave Everton next year as he is yet to receive an offer to extend his expiring contract, according to The Athletic.
The outlet reported via their website on 29 November that the centre-back is one of the highest earners at Goodison Park and is unlikely to be offered a deal with “comparable” wages.
Keane, therefore, has a decision to make regarding his future on Merseyside as he enters the last seven months of his contract, with a summer exit along with Dominic Calvert-Lewin very much possible.

The defender has been a regular for the Toffees since joining them from Burnley for a deal worth £31million in 2017 [The Guardian], making 223 appearances across all competitions.
Although his performances have left much to be desired at times, Sean Dyche has continuously trusted him at the back, handing him nine Premier League starts this season.
However, with Jarrad Branthwaite back fit, the Stockport-born player is likely to see his playing reduce in the second half of the season.
That could change if the 22-year-old departs Goodison Park in January as he is expected to attract interest in the January transfer window, as per The Athletic.
Everton’s asking price for the centre-back remains “sky-high”, but it is not beyond the realms of possibility that a club agrees to pay that sum.
While Manchester United’s interest in Branthwaite is well-documented, Real Madrid are also said to have entered the race to sign him ahead of January [CaughtOffside].
In other Everton news, Farhad Moshiri has made a £451million pledge to the Toffees as The Friedkin Group’s takeover drags on.
