Arsenal could be set for a big end to the summer transfer window with two potential new signings coming in.
The Gunners have been slow to start in the window so far. The north London club have only made one major signing in the window in the shape of Riccardo Calafiori.
However, according to Steve Kay, speaking on KS1 TV, that could be about to change.
Indeed, the journalist says he’s getting the sense from his sources that something big is going to happen at the Emirates, claiming that he expects a midfielder and a forward to come in.

Arsenal could be about to do something big
Kay shared what he’s been hearing about Arsenal’s transfer plans.
“I’m expecting a midfielder to come in and I’m expecting someone up front to come in. I have a funny feeling they’re working on something big, I have this sneaky feeling from speaking to people and how we’ve been doing our business, people I’m talking to seem to think something big is going to happen,” Kay said.
Arsenal could have something up their sleeve
Don’t be surprised if Arsenal do have a trick up their sleeve towards the end of the summer.
The Gunners’ net spend this summer is still very low after selling Emile Smith Rowe, and with Eddie Nketiah, Reiss Nelson and Aaron Ramsdale all potentially also on their way out, Arsenal could have some serious cash to spend in the coming weeks.
There are still two big gaps in this team in the midfield and in the attack, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Gunners did make a splash before the window is over.
Edu said that Arsenal fans won’t be disappointed by the window, and there could still be something big coming.
This could be a blockbuster end to the transfer window for Arsenal.
