Former Real Betis left-back Alex Moreno looks set to leave Aston Villa before the end of the transfer window, and a return to Spain could be on the cards for the 31-year-old. Unai Emery has admitted that he could leave this summer.
Nottingham Forest are intent on bringing Moreno in, but Moreno could well favour a return to his homeland, with Villarreal, Sevilla and Valencia all registering an interest in Moreno, as per Football Insider. The Premier League side obviously have a higher capacity to take on the cost of his wages.

It would be a major talking point in Andalusia if Moreno moved to Sevilla, having previously become a fan favourite at rivals Real Betis. Sevilla are also interested in Atletico Madrid left-back Javi Galan according to Marca. Los Nervionenses are currently negotiating with River Plate for Marcos Acuna, who has given the green light for a move, and are looking for a replacement.
Moreno started just 10 games for Emery at Villa last season, but was one of the best in Spain at left-back at the time of his departure. The same could be said of Galan before he joined Atletico. Meanwhile at Sevilla they currently have Adria Pedrosa in excellent form, but Sporting Director Victor Orta will want an alternative.
