Rangers need to sign another winger this summer despite Oscar Cortes signing permanently, believes Mark McDougall.
The Herald Scotland journalist took to X on 14 July to share his views on the club’s transfers for the coming weeks.
He also thinks that Philippe Clement will be able to get by with Cyriel Dessers and Danilo in the attack for the upcoming season.
McDougall wrote: “Another winger is badly needed. As much as he’s frustrating I think you can get by with Dessers and Danilo, finding someone who can impact regularly from the left and hope Cortes can from the right is more important IMO.”
Rangers need to add more firepower in their ranks this summer
Gers have made some notable signings like Cortes, Hamza Igamane and Clinton Nsiala, but they still need to strengthen their squad further if they want to challenge Celtic for the title.
