Philippe Clement will quickly want his Rangers side to return to winning ways after a disappointing 4-1 defeat against Lyon in the Europa League on 3 October.
Gers play host to St Johnstone at Ibrox on Sunday, 6 October, and the Belgian could look to shuffle his pack.
The game in mid-week may have taken its toll on some of the players and changes certainly good be on the cards for the hosts.
Rangers could make three changes v St Johnstone
James Tavernier struggled against Lyon and has come in the firing recently for his below-average defensive performances.
It makes sense for Clement to drop him for a home league game in which Gers are the overwhelming favourites and give Neraysho Kasanwirjo a go.
The 22-year-old showed that he could do a good job for the team after he came off the bench on Thursday night.
Vaclav Cerny has started the last four games for Clement’s side and he could be given a breather with Ross McCausland starting this one.
Clement has opted to play McCausland on the left flank as well but Nedim Bajrami is likely to retain his spot in the playing eleven.
The third and final change could be summer signing Hamza Igamane coming into the eleven in place of Cyriel Dessers.
In other Rangers news, a sack update has emerged on Philippe Clement after events over the past few days.
