Man United target Viktor Gyokeres drops major transfer hint

Man United target Viktor Gyokeres’ recent social media activity has given us the clearest hint of where the striker sees his future yet.

The 26-year-old has been on fire so far this season, scoring 23 goals in just 17 games across all competitions for Sporting CP so far this season.

Gyokeres was at his clinical best in their 4-1 Champions League win over Man City, bagging a hattrick and securing a memorable send-off for Ruben Amorim who is set to join Man United after the international break.

United are one of several Premier League clubs who are set to battle it out for the Sweden international’s signature in the summer transfer window.

According to The Telegraph, Gyokeres will have a release clause of just £63million once the summer transfer window rolls around.

Amorim’s move to Manchester has inevitably got the rumour mill working overtime, with the 20-time Premier League champions linked with numerous Sporting stars.

It looks like Gyokeres has his eye on a different club, however, if the prolific striker’s activity on Instagram is anything to go by.

Spanish giants Real Madrid are the only club Gyokeres hasn’t played for that he follows, meaning he may have his heart set on a move to the Champions League winners.

With Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior, and Jude Bellingham already at the club, the striker clearly has supreme confidence in his own ability.
