Newcastle fans thrilled by 'stunning' new development

Newcastle United fans are impressed with the club’s new third kit which has been officially released ahead of the new season.

The Magpies have opted for a mint green, white, and black colour for their third strip, and it’s been met with a positive response.

The shirt is already available on the club website and in the official club store at St James’ Park.

Newcastle have also provided some nostalgia with the shirt by featuring the club crest reimagined from the 1980s.

The north east giants revealed that it is inspired by the 1990/00 Adidas away kit and has been done to provide “retro energy.”

Kit releases can often divide fans, but the Toon Army have been brought together by this shirt, with the universal opinion being that it’s a “stunning” design.

Even though the first-team squad are unlikely to wear it too often due to it being a third kit, it seems that fans will be rushing out to pick it up.
