Premier League player caught cheating on wife by his own Ring doorbell

A Premier League footballer’s marriage has come to an end after his wife caught him cheating on her through their Ring doorbell camera.

The international star tried to sneak a mystery woman into their family home while his partner was away on holiday with their children.

But when his wife checked the Ring app, she discovered the footage of him returning with a mystery companion.

Suspicions were initially raised when the woman sent a photo of herself in the married couple’s bed alongside the footballer to his wife on Instagram.

She bluntly wrote: ‘I slept with your husband.’

The player, who has not been named publicly, is understood to have played for his country at Euro 2024.

When his wife rang to grill him about the photo she’d received, he claimed it was fake and had been doctored.

It’s thought the WAG believed her superstar husband at first but still had niggling doubts about the photo and message.

After she returned home to their million-pound mansion, she checked through the footage on their Ring doorbell app and discovered the heartbreaking evidence.

She could see that the woman in the video was the same one who had sent the picture and brutal message to her on Instagram.

The player, said to be a household name, was kicked out of the family home by his wife who immediately ended their marriage which had lasted for ‘a number of years’.

‘The wife was totally shocked and heartbroken because nothing can prepare you for something like this,’ a source told MailOnline.

‘She’s a high-profile WAG and he’s one of the most recognisable faces in the Premier League. It’s quite shocking how the end of their marriage came about.’
