Everton could cancel Jack Harrison’s loan after being linked to signing Tom Fellows once again.

It is safe to say that the 28-year-old hasn’t had a positive start to his second temporary spell at Goodison Park.

The Leeds United loanee has failed to score or assist in the Premier League this campaign despite featuring across 15 appearances.

The winger could now be fearing for his future on Merseyside, as transfer links to Fellows have resurfaced ahead of the January transfer window.

The 21-year-old was of interest to the Toffees and other Premier League clubs during the summer but remained at West Brom.

In the Championship this season, the England Under-21 international has provided eight assists which is the joint most in the division.

This is likely to have piqued the interest of the Toffees with Sky Sports commentator Guy Havord suggesting that Sean Dyche’s side could move for him again.

He said: “He will be, I’m sure, one of those looked at during the January window. Everton were by all accounts sniffing around in the summer.

“Everton, under new ownership of course, now will look to strengthen their squad – (and) will have a bigger budget you would imagine. Tom Fellows, I think most would agree, is certainly one for the future.”

If Dan Friedkin were to make a statement in the winter window and splash the clash, the Baggies star would certainly be a positive addition.

With that being said, if the Championship ace comes in, Harrison may be forced out and his loan spell from Leeds cut short.

This could prove to be a wise move for the long-term prospects of the Merseyside club moving forward.

In other Everton news, a Euro club want to sign one ace as his future looks “increasingly distant” from Goodison.
