Tottenham Hotspur’s start to this season has been uninspiring to say the least.
Spurs have picked up just four points from a possible 12 so far this season, and their big hitters aren’t firing thus far.
Tottenham have an excellent roster of attacking players, but, so far, their main men haven’t hit top gear.
Dominic Solanke arrived this summer for £65m, but he’s had a slow start to life at Tottenham so far.
The striker is yet to open his account for Spurs, but the feeling within the club is that Solanke is about to have an uptick in form.

Tottenham think Dominic Solanke will improve
According to GiveMeSport, the view within Tottenham is that Dominic Solanke will improve soon.
Indeed, Tottenham aren’t worried by the prospect of Solanke being a flop, and they believe that Spurs’ upcoming fixtures will be a perfect platform for the striker to prove he was a worthwhile signing.
Solanke scored 19 Premier League goals last season, and Tottenham are hoping that he will soon rediscover his shooting boots.
Tottenham’s fixtures aren’t easy
Tottenham believe that Solanke will kick on in their upcoming games, but these fixtures are far from easy.
Spurs play Brentford, Manchester United, Brighton and West Ham in their next four games. These are four tough teams who won’t make life easy for Spurs.
Brentford are a seriously physical side, Manchester United, for all their flaws, are still the reigning FA Cup champions, Brighton have been one of the best teams in England so far this season, while Spurs’ games against West Ham are always fiery.
Solanke is a top player who has the ability to score against any team, but this run of fixtures is far from easy it has to be said.
Tottenham remain confident in their summer signing, but whether or not he can hit his stride in the coming weeks remains to be seen.
