Micky van de Ven issues injury update from Tottenham
Since joining Tottenham last summer, Micky van de Ven has certainly suffered his fair share of injury issues.
And the Dutchman sustained yet another hamstring problem during the Carabao Cup game against Manchester City.
Now over a month on from that game, Van de Ven is looking set to make his return to action ahead of the festive fixtures.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the centre-back shared a number of photos of him training with the caption: ‘On the way.’
Van de Ven returned to Tottenham training last week but was unable to make the squad for the draw against Fulham on the weekend.
Postecoglou has hailed Van de Ven since joining Spurs but his injury issues have certainly been a big down side to the Dutchman’s electric pace.

Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo has been wowed by Van de Ven’s pace but that speed has certainly come at a cost.
