'Unforgivable' - Four Lads rip Clement to shreds in 'Inevitable' Rangers sack verdict

Four Lads Had A Dream believes it’s “inevitable” that Philippe Clement will be sacked after Rangers lost 2-1 to Aberdeen.

Gers visited Pittodrie on 30 October in the Scottish Premiership, and Nicky Delvin and Shayden Morris’ strikes helped the hosts take the three points.

The Light Blues are now nine points behind the Dons, and Four Lads expressed their feelings about the Belgian manager after the defeat on X [30 October].

“Time up for the manager, we all know it,” the account wrote.

“Nine points behind second is unforgivable. We huff and puff but it’s done. Zero heart, no desire, football is garbage, no shape, slow, boring, constant excuses, players look short of ideas.

“The list is endless, the outcome inevitable.”

Philippe Clement lacking ideas at Rangers

Clement’s arrival after the departure of Michael Beale last season brought some much-needed freshness into the dugout.

The Belgian went on to have an impressive spell in his first campaign in charge of the team, challenging Celtic for the title.

Things have not gone according to plan at the start of the 2024/25 season, though, and it looks like the former Monaco manager is out of ideas at the club.

Rangers have already lost three games in the first 10 fixtures in the league, and most of the performances haven’t been encouraging.

The 2-1 victory against St Mirren might have brought some time for Clement, but many believed that a loss to Aberdeen would be the final straw, and it remains to be seen what the hierarchy at the club decide.

Nedim Bajrami’s equaliser at around the hour mark against the Dons could’ve maybe given the head coach some relief had Jimmy Thelin’s team not taken the lead once again.

It feels like the time is up for the Belgian, with many players putting in average performances, just like they did at Pittodrie.

In other Rangers news, Chris Sutton was outraged by what James Tavernier did in the loss against Aberdeen.
