Everton played out a 1-1 draw against Fulham at Goodison Park in the Premier League on 26 October.

Alex Iwobi scored a 61st minute that looked to seal the deal and give the visitors maximum points away from home.

However, Beto had other plans and scored in the dying stages of the game to ensure the hosts picked up a crucial point.

Here are our player ratings from this one:

Jordan Pickford – 6

Failed to keep a clean sheet but still made two important places and did more right than he did wrong on the day. He could’ve arguably done better with the goal but it wasn’t really a howler. Per Sofascore, he even was successful with his only attempted run-out and overall, was a decent display from the England number one.

Ashley Young – 8

Timed his cross to perfection in the dying stages of the game and Beto made no mistake in converting it. Apart from that, he even won three out of four of his ground duels and had a pass accuracy of 82 per cent. An impressive display.

James Tarkowski – 5

While he was imperious aerially, he was second to a majority of the ground duels and that was not something that would’ve pleased Sean Dyche. He even got dribbled past once and will need to improve his performance if the Toffees are to be airtight defensively.

Michael Keane – 4

Got bullied in the air, losing all three of his aerial duels and that’s not something that he would’ve liked. The Fulham attackers constantly got the better of the centre-back who had a zero per cent accuracy with his four attempted long balls. If he is to retain his spot in the team, these are not the kind of displays that will catch Dyche’s eye.

Vitalii Mykolenko – 6

Tried to offer a lot going forward and did not slack defensively either but it was a game where he did not make a telling difference in either half. There were times his passing and decision-making was erratic and he’ll certainly have better games.

Abdoulaye Doucoure – 7

Was imperious in his passing as he achieved an accuracy of nearly 90 per cent. He even won both of his aerial duels and ensured that the Toffees did not get bullied defensively. He has played a deeper role than he did last season and this was arguably his performance of the season.

Idrissa Gueye – 7

Was the ideal midfield partner to Doucoure and much like him, was also tidy with his passing. He retained possession exceptionally and also managed to offer much-needed protection to his back line. If there was a game to show why Dyche trusts him so much, it was this one.

Jack Harrison – 3

Another disappointing performance from Harrison as he failed to make a difference in the final third. His pass accuracy was 62 per cent and he often looked clueless in and out of possession. His body language also did little to justify his inclusion and he was rightly taken off by Dyche in the second half.

Dwight McNeil – 6

He’s made the number 10 role his own and played a lot deeper than he would’ve otherwise liked to. However, he did try to make things happen in the final third which is more than what others did and Dyche will be pleased with his efforts for Everton.

Iliman Ndiaye – 5

There were a few instances in which he found himself in promising situations, but failed to make them count. His decision-making did let him down on occasion and he also lost most of his duels off the ball. Hopefully, he puts in better performances next time around.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin – 5

Was a peripheral figure in the final third and could complete only nine passes as he struggled to get involved in the build up. However, he was a menace in the air and constantly kept the Fulham defenders on their toes. On other day, he could’ve found the back of the net as well.

Subs

Jesper Lindstrom – 6

Orel Mangala – 5

Beto – 7

Jarrad Branthwaite – 5
