Tottenham Women defender Luana Bühler has been called up to represent Switzerland Women.
As per Spurs’ official website (28 June), Pia Sundhage has named Bühler in the Switzerland squad for their final two matches of their UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 qualifying campaign.
Bühler has been a constant throughout all the qualifiers, with the Swiss needing just one point to secure their spot at the top of the group.
Switzerland will play Turkey (12 July) before rounding off the group against Azerbaijan (16 July).
Bühler has 52 caps and has scored three goals for her nation.

It goes to show the strength of Vilahamn’s Spurs squad that he has a top-quality international player at his disposal.
Bühler is a key part of the Swiss team, and it is no surprise.
Last season was the centre-back’s first with Tottenham, and she ended the campaign with some particularly strong performances, most notably in the 1-0 defeat to Chelsea Women (15 May).
As per Sofascore, that afternoon she made six clearances and four tackles, while also winning nine of her 14 overall duels.
In addition, she completed 86 per cent of her passes and won two fouls, demonstrating her quality on the ball.
On the final day of the Barclays Women’s Super League season, Bühler started as Spurs beat West Ham Women 3-1 (18 May).
The 28-year-old made three interceptions and one tackle while completing 94 per cent of her passes.
Bühler will be key next season, and Vilahamn will no doubt be wishing her well on international duty.
