In terms of United, Jadon Sancho is back after resolving his high-profile fall-out with Ten Hag and Amad Diallo has looked sharp after his goal against Rangers.

Arsenal vs Man Utd pre-season friendly prediction

It’s extremely hard to predict pre-season friendlies, given they are usually a time for teams to experiment and both sides will be missing a number of key players.

That being said, Arsenal are arguably the favourites given their stronger overall squad, while they have faced higher-quality opposition in pre-season thus far.

The north Londoners defeated Premier League side AFC Bournemouth via a penalty shootout on Thursday while United lost to Norwegian side Rosenborg and then beat Scottish side Rangers.

Prediction: Arsenal 2-1 Man Utd
