Wolves supporters believe it’s time for Fosun to relinquish control of the football club after Jamie Carragher highlighted their transfer issues since the summer of 2023 on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football.
Carragher said, “No matter who’s in charge of Wolves, when you lose that calibre of player, bring that much money in and then don’t reinvest it, you’re always going to have a problem.”
The Midlands giants have lost the likes of Pedro Neto, Matheus Nunes, Ruben Neves, Max Kilman, Conor Coady, and Raul Jimenez in that time period, which has impacted the overall quality of the squad.
Wolves currently sit 19th in the Premier League table after a torrid start to the season has seen them win just twice in the opening 15 games.
Pressure has started mounting on Gary O’Neil, with Football Insider revealing that the 41-year-old manager is set for the axe at Molineux.
However, Wolves supporters believe that the issues might actually be above him with the ownership and the lack of reinvestment in the club.
