'Impeccable' - Injury Expert gushes over fitness record as Rangers eye move to sign £10m player

Morgan Whittaker’s impeccable fitness record will help him adapt well to life in Scotland should he join Rangers, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury expert claims that the 23-year-old Plymouth winger has good habits off the pitch as well which will help him in the future.

Gers have already tabled a bid to secure the English attacker’s services but it was rejected by Plymouth who want £10million to part ways with him. [Football Scotland]

Discussing his situation exclusively with Ibrox News, Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, said:

“He’s got an impeccable fitness record and that’s going to hold him in good stead for years to come.

“It’s a testament to his habits on and off the pitch along with the fitness team he’s working with.

“Being injury free always bodes well and this even would make his transition from England to Scotland a whole lot smoother.“

Gers are likely to avoid signing Whittaker due to his £10million price tag, which stretches beyond their current transfer budget.

Financial constraints coupled with the need to manage wage bills, make such an investment risky.

Despite the 23-year-old’s talent and potential fit in the squad, the club’s strategy leans towards affordability and sustainability.
