Leeds told to complete Manhoef deal after Rowe twist - fans react

Leeds United fans have urged the club to bring Million Manhoef to Elland Road before the 31st August cut-off.

The Whites are reportedly among the teams chasing the Stoke winger as a potential plan B if they’re unable to sign Jonathan Rowe.

Leeds are in competition with Marseille to sign Rowe as they look to replace Crysencio Summerville before deadline day.

However, the Championship club are also keeping tabs on Manhoef as an alternative option.

The 22-year-old only joined the Potters in February of this year, and he went on to score four goals and create one assist in 14 games.

Stoke values him at £10million, and the prospect of signing the winger is something that has fans talking.

Leeds fans want Million Manhoef to replace Summerville

Leeds have been monitoring several wingers in recent weeks, and fans are starting to grow frustrated at the lack of confirmed deals in that department.

The speculation of Manhoef being a target is something that has once again got fans talking, who now want to see Leeds get a deal over the line.

Well would you look at that, over a year ago I put Million Manhoef down as a replacement for Gnonto at Leeds whilst he was playing for Vitesse.

Idea was, Gnonto/Summerville go, get a left footed RW to move Summerville to LW.

Manhoef and Hansen both promising young Dutch wingers, maybe a little behind Summerville in terms of development but less exposure too.
