Leeds United fans rip into 'overweight' star after BBC journalist's reveal

Leeds United supporters have admitted to being unimpressed by Manor Solomon’s “uninterested” performances for the club this season.

The 25-year-old left winger is on loan at Elland Road from Tottenham Hotspur this season but has yet to win over the Leeds faithful.

During the Don’t Go To Bed Just Yet podcast on 28 October, BBC journalist Jonny Buchan suggested there is a possibility that the Championship side may terminate the loan move in January.

Solomon has dealt with a hamstring injury this season which has seen him miss four Championship fixtures, with the Israel international having only made five appearances for the Whites so far.

The winger kickstarted his life in Yorkshire positively by picking up an assist on his debut, but since then he’s failed to produce any goal contributions.

Since coming back from injury Solomon has slipped down the pecking order in Daniel Farke’s side and was restricted to just a 19-minute cameo during their recent goalless draw against Bristol City.

Leeds supporters have yet to be won over by the Tottenham loanee, with fans claiming that he “doesn’t track back enough,” while others have said he “doesn’t seem interested.”
