TeamTalk reported on 9 December that Spurs have made a “monumental” decision to keep hold of the Aussie boss for now. But, clearly, things need to start improving with the North London club sat 11th in the Premier League table and ninth in the Europa League.
After Sunday’s defeat to Chelsea, some fans are starting to look ahead at who could replace Postecoglou in the hotseat and many are suggesting that Levy makes a move to hire Allegri given his CV and current availability.
Tottenham head to Rangers on Thursday in their next game as Postecoglou aims to get his side back on track after their defeat to Chelsea.
After that, purs play struggling Southampton away on Sunday before welcoming Manchester United to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals on 19 December.
