Liverpool fans are rejoicing after Eden Hazard settled the debate over who the better player is between himself and Mohamed Salah with an emphatic four-word claim.

It’s a debate that has raged on between Chelsea and Liverpool fans for several years, with both wingers having made major impacts on the Premier League.

However, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid star has given the nod to the Egypt international.

Hazard told Sport Bible on Monday (30 September) that Salah is the better player “by far.”

Salah has scored 216 goals in 357 appearances in all competitions for the Reds, winning the Premier League, Champions League, and both domestic trophies in the process.

In comparison, Hazard scored 110 goals in 352 matches for the Blues while also producing 85 assists.

Liverpool fans believe Eden Hazard has ended the debate

Both sets of fans have passionately backed their own individual player over the years, but Liverpool supporters believe Hazard’s comments “finally seals” it.
