'Man United fans tears flowing' as surprise Jadon Sancho news emerges

Chelsea supporters have trolled Man United after a new Jadon Sancho statistic has emerged from their victory against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday (8 December).

WhoScored.com revealed that the 24-year-old winger had more touches (12) in the opposition box than any other Premier League player in game week 15.

The on-loan United winger scored in consecutive games for the first time since joining the Blues against Spurs as he helped inspire Chelsea’s comeback.

Enzo Maresca’s men were two goals behind until Sancho found the back of the net, and he then played a significant role in the rest of the game as a goal from Enzo Fernandez and a Cole Palmer brace led to a 4-3 win.

Sancho moved to Stamford Bridge on a season-long loan during the summer transfer window, with the Blues having an obligation to sign the England international permanently next summer.

It brought an end to his torrid spell at Old Trafford where he struggled to find his feet, which led to him being sent out on loan last season to Borussia Dortmund.

Sancho might have failed to make much of an impact at United, but Chelsea fans have welcomed him with open arms and were quick to thank the 20-time champions for the transfer after his performance on derby day.
