Bryan King claims Tottenham could be set for a £75million boost after a new sponsorship deal was agreed in North London.
The ex-Spurs scout has suggested that this latest agreement demonstrates how the club’s level of exposure is continuing to grow.
Tottenham announced via the club’s official website (16 July) that they have partnered with Kraken, one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms.
Kraken will become the club’s first-ever official Crypto and Web3 Partner, as well as the club’s official sleeve partner for both their men’s and women’s teams.
A three-year deal has been signed between the two parties (via Football London, 16 July).
And King – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – has speculated how much the deal could be worth.
“If this deal supposedly dwarfs their previous agreement, which was worth £10million-per-year, we could be looking at around £25million-per-year here potentially,” King said.
“That is £15million more than they have been getting, and that is just for a sleeve sponsorship.
“It is a massive agreement which demonstrates the exposure of the club and how that is growing.”
Daniel Levy signs off on massive sponsorship agreement at Tottenham
This deal could prove to be incredibly lucrative for Spurs.
Since moving to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium the club have gone up several levels commercially speaking.
They continue to agree on big-money deals which are helping to grow the club, as Levy continues to show off his business prowess.
However, Ange Postecoglou and supporters will now want to see the club grow on the pitch, as well as off it.
That means spending more money on the playing side of things, which shouldn’t be an issue if this latest sponsorship agreement is really worth as much as £75million over three years.
In other Tottenham news, Postecoglou could have another star under his nose after what happened recently.
