Che Adams should not take long to adapt should he join Everton this summer, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert has gauged his fitness record and has been thrilled by the number of games he’s played and also believes that at 28, he is at the peak of his powers and is available on a free transfer.
This comes after Birmingham World reported on 4 July that the Toffees are expected to move for the Scotland international after Wolves pulled out of a deal to sign him.
Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Adams:
“He’s got an exemplary fitness record and at the perfect age too as strikers usually hit their prime at 27, 28.
“I’d tell him to just keep doing what he’s doing which is very likely consistency across all spectrums of health – from his strength and conditioning to nutrition to sleep to recovery to training.
“He’s got a lot of Premier League experience as well so it should not take him long to adapt to Everton.“
Everton must sign Che Adams this summer
The Toffees should sign Adams as he brings Premier League experience and a proven goalscoring record.
At 28, Adams is in his prime and could provide much-needed support to Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
His ability to play across the front line adds versatility to the Toffees attack.
With no transfer fee involved, Adams represents a low-risk, high-reward opportunity for the Merseyside club to bolster their attacking options and improve their goal-scoring record.
In other Everton news, a Toffees shareholder has reacted to a claim of Gareth Southgate potentially taking over the reins from Sean Dyche.
