Report: Jose Mourinho wants to sign £xxm Tottenham player in January as Fenerbahce enter talks
A reunion on the cards... ????
After a difficult start to the campaign, Tottenham Hotspur could already be eyeing some movement in the January transfer window.
It was certainly a busy summer for Tottenham who offloaded a double-digit number of players through various means.
Ange Postecoglou and the Spurs hierarchy did a good job in clearing the decks of most of the unwanted players from north London.
Some players departed on loan with the likes of young Luka Vuskovic who is impressing with Westerlo over in the Belgian top flight.
However, there is one player who remained at Hotspur Way over the summer and could now be set to leave Spurs in January.

Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce open Sergio Reguilon talks with Tottenham
According to Turkish outlet Sabah, Fenerbahce have opened talks over potentially signing Sergio Reguilon in the January window.
Jose Mourinho could be set for a reunion with his former left-back from his days in north London after being appointed the new boss at Fenerbahce.
The left-back had options to leave Tottenham over the summer with Besiktas showing interest in Reguilon.
However, he has instead remained in north London having yet to play a single minute of first team football.
But the Lilywhites may not even see any money come in for the Spaniard with Reguilon keen to terminate his Tottenham contract ahead of the January window.
Jose Mourinho is a big fan of Sergio Reguilon
It was Mourinho who was the manager in north London when Reguilon made his £27m move to Tottenham from Real Madrid.
And the Spaniard certainly enjoyed a good run in the Tottenham side under Mourinho who selected him as the starting left-back.

During their time together, it would be fair to say Mourinho took Reguilon under his wing by gifting him a unique Christmas gift during his first year away from his homeland.
Mourinho previously hailed Reguilon ‘very good’ with the pair forming a good relationship during their time in north London.
With Reguilon looking to leave the club, it looks like Fenerbahce could well be a good landing spot to kickstart his career.
