The report claims that the ‘spectacular‘ Spaniard, who won Euro 2024 earlier in July, has ‘given his green light’ to a transfer to the Emirates in the coming days.

Arsenal are yet to send an official offer for Real Sociedad to sign Merino, but with personal terms now out of the way, a bid is expected very soon.

Arsenal are waiting for one thing to happen before bidding for Merino
