This has led to a decline in his market value, making him a less attractive asset compared to Onana, who is a key player in their midfield.

The Belgian has shown significant potential and has been a consistent performer under Sean Dyche.

Selling him could potentially weaken the team’s midfield, which is a crucial area of the pitch.

On the other hand, Calvert-Lewin’s departure would not be as detrimental to the team’s overall strength, given his recent form and injury issues.

The Toffees are under financial pressure and need to make a big-money sale to comply with the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules.

Calvert-Lewin, with his lower market value and less critical role in the team, could be the more feasible option to generate the required funds.
