The Friedkin Group are expected to finish the Everton takeover process before Christmas, according to The Esk.

Paul Quinn, who runs The Esk podcast and blog, has admitted that there are no leaks like there were in previous takeover attempts.

777 Partners and John Textor both attempted to buy the club but failed in their attempts to do so.

Via X, The Esk wrote: “In contrast to all previous takeover attempts there is virtually no leaking of information. It is expected to conclude before Christmas.”
