Everton will have to be considerate with Edoardo Bove’s minutes if they are to sign him from Roma to avoid injury setbacks, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that his lack of game time does not immediately put him at a high-risk of setbacks, but it’s something to be careful about.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Bove:
“Bove did not play much last season and that’s certainly something that will be flagged in the pre-transfer search.
“I wouldn’t say it’s an indicator of high injury risk but Everton will have to be considerate of it and monitor workload to allow him to integrate gradually.
“The positive is he’s not had any significant injury issues for the past few seasons.“

The Belgium international is the Amadou Onana replacement Sean Dyche has been craving for all summer and he’s finally got his man.
Bove’s lack of game time coupled with his unfamiliarity with the Premier League certainly makes him a less desirable option to Mangala.
