Daniel Levy has once again generated a big payday at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Levy is far from the most popular man in North London, with even Spurs’ own players having aimed digs at the club’s chairman.
However, whether for good or for bad, the 62-year-old continually finds ways to generate revenue at Tottenham and take advantage of the club boasting one of the most impressive stadiums in Europe.
Since opening in 2019, the 62,000-plus-seater Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has played host to NFL and rugby matches, boxing extravaganzas, and some of the biggest names in music, in addition to Spurs’ home fixtures.
All of this means more money for Levy and for Tottenham, and while there might be some frustration at how that money is spent, this can only be a good thing for the club in the long run.
And it looks as though there aren’t any plans to stop utilising every last bit of the club’s home ground.
As announced via the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium website on Tuesday [17 December], legendary hip-hop and R&B artists 50 Cent and Mary J. Blige are set to perform alongside Afrobeats star Davido on 3 July 2025 in N17.

Davido, Mary J. Blige and 50 Cent are massive names in the world of music who are almost guaranteed to attract a sell-out crowd to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Therefore, that means ticket sales, merchandise sales and of course the sale of food and drink, all of which will no doubt be worth Spurs’ while.
However, while this is no doubt a good thing, fans will only be interested if the money is reinvested back into Ange Postecoglou’s squad.
The Australian is currently managing an injury crisis so bad that it has led to speculation over behind-the-scenes dismissals. As a result, if that isn’t a wake-up call for Levy, it is hard to know what would be.
Spurs’ squad needs reinforcements, and January is right around the corner, leaving Levy with no excuse, especially not after yet another positive financial boost in the form of this latest concert announcement.
These big paydays at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are great for Levy. However, they also leave the chairman with no excuses not to back the team on the pitch.
In other Tottenham news, the club are open to offers for one player with a transfer on the cards already.
