Sean Dyche clearly has a magic formula at Everton that will leave Brentford and Thomas Frank worried ahead of the trip to Merseyside.

The Toffees host the Bees at Goodison Park when the Premier League resumes after the international break on Saturday [23 November].

Dyche’s side go into the game on the back of a three-game winless run, while the West London outfit will be determined to build on a spectacular 3-2 win against Bournemouth on 9 November.

Sean Dyche has Everton magic formula to beat Brentford

With Brentford sitting six points above Everton in the table in 11th, many would expect the visitors to take all three points from Goodison Park.

However, Dyche appears to have the antidote for Frank and it could come to the Toffees’ aid on Saturday.

Everton have notably won each of their three Premier League games against Frank’s Brentford since the 53-year-old took charge of the club in January 2023.

This includes two 1-0 wins at Goodison Park and a 3-1 victory away last September, in which Abdoulaye Doucoure, James Tarkowski and Dominic Calvert-Lewin found the back of the net.

If that was not enough, the Bees’ poor away record in the league this season hands a further boost to Dyche and Co’s hopes of claiming all three points. They have lost each of their five away games this season.

With Dwight McNeil and Jarrad Branthwaite also fit for the match, it would be a shame to let Frank’s side go away with even a point.
