Tottenham fans have been left unconvinced by the latest updates surrounding incoming January signing Yang Min-hyuk.
The 18-year-old attacker is due to join Spurs in January, when he will move from Gangwon in his native South Korea. Football Insider reported in the summer that the teenager was finalising a deal with the club that would see him loaned back.
According to the latest update from Telegraph journalist Mike McGrath, the club are set to bring him to England in the week before Christmas, so he can adapt to life there before he officially starts in January.
It is also expected that he will then play a part in Ange Postecoglou’s first-team during the second-half of the season.
However, those revelations have generated a strong reaction among Tottenham supporters.
Yang Min-hyuk news goes down badly with Tottenham fans
Taking to social media, many Spurs followers have been left unimpressed by this update for one reason or another.
Given the injury issues their side have had to deal with this season, many would not be surprised if the 18-year-old soon picked up fitness issues of his own.
Others are not happy that a young player untested at this level will be thrown into the first-team, which they feel reflects poorly on the way the club is being run.
Some even have questioned if he will actually play under Ange, given the pressure the Tottenham manager is under following their recent struggles that have left them tenth in the Premier League table.
