Arsenal are set for a busy end to the summer transfer window, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.
The Gunners have made one senior signing so far, bringing Riccardo Calafiori to the Emirates Stadium from Bologna.
Meanwhile, several Arsenal first-teamers have moved on from N5, including Emile Smith Rowe, Nuno Tavares and Albert Sambi Lokonga.
Over the coming days, the Gunners look set to complete the signing of Mikel Merino from Real Sociedad.
Now, Arsenal could be set to launch a late move for a striker Ian Wright said he’d take at the Emirates Stadium “in a heartbeat”.

Arsenal set sights on Evan Ferguson
The player in question is Brighton & Hove Albion’s Evan Ferguson, one of the Premier League’s most exciting young forwards.
FootballTransfers reported on Monday that Arsenal are eyeing up a move for the 19-year-old Irishman in the last few days of the window.
As well as the Gunners, Manchester City are reportedly also keeping tabs on Ferguson, who has already made 65 competitive appearances for the Seagulls.
The report claims that Brighton want around £70million for the teenager, but both Arsenal and City would prefer a loan deal now ahead of settling for a price next summer.
Ian Wright would take Evan Ferguson at Arsenal ‘in a heartbeat’
Arsenal could certainly do with bringing in a centre-forward, as they currently lack an out-and-out No. 9 as a focal point in attack.
Ferguson has certainly proven himself in the Premier League and, at just 19 years of age, is still at the very beginning of his career.
As one of Arsenal’s greatest ever strikers, Wright certainly knows a thing or two about leading the line for the Gunners.
And his verdict on Ferguson, from last year, is nothing short of emphatic.
Wright said when asked about Ferguson, as per Wrighty’s House: “Oh my gosh, there’s no way I’m not going to say I’d take him in a heartbeat. We will see how it goes.”

Arsenal would be nigh-on unstoppable with Ferguson in their ranks
Arsenal have gone from strength to strength in the last few years and they’re back in the upper echelons of the English top flight.
They’ve already won their first two league games of the season, and haven’t conceded, so it looks like they’ll be in the title picture once again.
However, it can be argued that lack of an out-and-out centre-forward cost them some precious points last season.
With Ferguson in their ranks, they’d be as close as you can get to the finished product, and they’d be nigh-on unstoppable.
In addition, considering he’s young – like much of the Arsenal team – they could go on to dominate English football for quite a few seasons if they sign him and he continues on the same trajectory.
