BBC pundit shares Sean Dyche sack prediction in new Everton relegation verdict

Fara Williams believes Sean Dyche can keep Everton away from relegation if he remains in charge at Goodison Park.

The Toffees are currently sitting just three points above the Premier League dropzone after 11 matches, only claiming wins against Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town.

Pressure has been rising on Dyche to turn things around, attempting to win over the new potential owners, and he has now been backed to keep his role on Merseyside until the end of the season.

Speaking via BBC Sport’s Football Focus [23 November], Williams said: “I think for this season, he is a manager who certainly knows the Premier League.

“The players are comfortable with him and he’s someone who will keep Everton in the league. From now until the end of the season, for sure, I think Dyche is the right man for the job.

“Then I think the new owners will reassess in the summer and see what direction they want to go in.”

Sean Dyche to keep his Everton job until 2025?

Deciding to sack Dyche now would be an incredibly risky decision, even with the pressure growing from the fanbase to bring someone new in after just 11 league matches.

The Toffees are in a rather difficult predicament right now, with reports coming out about potential replacements for the former Burnley man, but those outside noises will not be troubling Dyche.

A victory against Brentford on Saturday 23 November could certainly help ease some of the tension on the manager, especially with a crucial three points over another team somewhat struggling for form.

It looks set to be a very difficult winter period for the Toffees, with upcoming clashes with Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City in December.

All three points at home against Brentford would likely allow Dyche some breathing space while his side fend off a lot of difficult fixtures over the coming few weeks.

In other Everton news, one star is surely set to be axed from the starting XI after what Sean Dyche said recently.
