Chelsea have agreed a £30m deal with Leicester City to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, with the midfielder now heading to Stamford Bridge to complete his medical.

New Blues boss Enzo Maresca was keen to reunite with his former Leicester player and Chelsea have now agreed a deal with the Championship winners, according to The Athletic.

Dewsbury-Hall will become big-spending Chelsea’s fourth summer signing following Tosin Adarabioyo, Omari Kellyman and Estevao Willian.

The 25-year-old has spent his entire career at the King Power Stadium, making over 100 league appearances for Leicester and starring in their impressive Championship win last season.

Dewsbury-Hall was named Leicester’s player of the season and was also included in the EFL Championship team of the season after scoring 12 goals and making 14 assists to help the Foxes return to the Premier League.

Leicester also received a £30m offer from Brighton for Dewsbury-Hall but he favoured a move to Chelsea, where he will link back up with Mauricio Pochettino replacement Maresca.

Chelsea finished sixth in the Premier League, enduring a miserable start to the campaign before a late surge saw them qualify for Europe.

Who have Chelsea signed this summer?

Chelsea, who have spent well over £1billion on new signings under Todd Boehly, began their transfer activity this summer by bringing in English defender Tosin Adarabioyo.

Adarabioyo signed a four-year deal at Stamford Bridge after rejecting an offer to become one of the highest-paid players at Fulham.

Chelsea completed a £19m deal for Aston Villa midfielder Omari Kellyman earlier this week, handing the highly-rated 18-year-old a six-year contract.

Brazilian winger Estevao Willian, 17, has also agreed a deal with Chelsea, though he will spend another season at Palmeiras before moving to west London next summer.
