Chelsea fans think 'proper blue' Jadon Sancho disrespected Tottenham after Enzo Fernandez made it 3-2
"Proper blue" ????
Jadon Sancho truly announced himself at Chelsea in Sunday’s 4-3 win over Tottenham.
Fresh from scoring his first goal for Chelsea in Wednesday’s 5-1 victory over Southampton, the England international made it two in two as he netted to get the Blues back in it against Spurs.
The Chelsea No.19 scored a superb, curled effort in the 17th minute to halt Tottenham’s momentum, with Spurs taking a 2-0 lead after just 11 minutes.
It ultimately proved to be a key contribution from the man born in Camberwell, as it inspired his Chelsea teammates to fight back and eventually record a 4-3 win.
After Enzo Fernandez made it 3-2 to Chelsea with a thumping effort, some fans think they spotted Jadon Sancho disrespecting Tottenham.
Jadon Sancho chucks the Tottenham flag to the ground
During the celebrations after the Argentina international’s strike, the 24-year-old could be seen taking the corner flag out of the ground, which had the Spurs badge adorning it, before throwing it to the deck and laughing.
Levi Colwill assisted him, giving the flag a quick kick before the pair walked off grinning.

Unsurprisingly – whether Sancho meant it as an act of disrespect or not – Chelsea fans loved what they saw.

Chelsea may have themselves a bargain in Jadon Sancho
Some may not be aware that Chelsea actually have an obligation to buy Sancho permanently from Manchester United at the end of the season – once his loan expires.
The price of that deal has already been agreed – £23m.
That could well prove to be a complete and utter bargain for the Londoner based on what Chelsea fans have seen from him in recent weeks – some Manchester United fans even want Sancho back after seeing how he performed against Tottenham.
TBR Football understand Chelsea almost signed Kingsley Coman from Bayern Munich before Sancho.
The tricky winger cost the Red Devils £73m back in July 2021 when they signed him from Borussia Dortmund, so if Chelsea can restore his value to that level, this £23m agreement would prove to be genius.
