Everton sensation 'tipped to go far' lined up for Jan loan exit - report

Everton youngster Harrison Armstrong has been linked with a January loan move to League Two side Barrow, according to Alan Nixon on his Patreon.

The journalist reported on Sunday (3 November) that Armstrong is “catching the eye” of Barrow boss Stephen Clemence as he looks to bolster his side.

At just 17 years old, Armstrong has been tipped to have a big future in football.

The talented youngster is very highly rated and even featured in Everton’s pre-season as he edges closer to making an impact in the first team.

A spell in League Two would do him the world of good at such a young age as he begins to get acclimatised to men’s football which is in stark contrast to academy level.

Armstrong was an unused substitute in Everton’s encounter with Southampton which saw the Saints pick up their first win of the season with Sean Dyche clearly an admirer.

The versatile midfielder could yet remain at Goodison Park for the remainder of the season if deemed ready to make an impact at first-team level.
