Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea are just a few of the clubs that have been linked with Karim Adeyemi this summer.
The Gunners, the Reds, the Red Devils and the Blues all have scope to strengthen their ranks in pursuit of more fruitful seasons this time round.
Arsenal and Liverpool contested an exciting three-horse Premier League title race but both fell short as Manchester City triumphed once again.
Manchester United won the FA Cup last season and got into the Europa League, but they’ll want to do much better in the league.
As for Chelsea, their qualification for the Europa Conference League came after an upturn in form towards the end of the season.
In July, CaughtOffside reported that all four teams have set their sights on Adeyemi, one of the most exciting talents in the Bundesliga.
For a while, it looked like Juventus would get the better of the Premier League quartet in pursuit of the 22-year-old.
However, Fabrizio Romano has now dropped a significant update on Adeyemi which could let Arsenal, Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea back in.

Karim Adeyemi to Juventus can now be considered off
Romano has taken to X to claim that Adeyemi’s move to Juve can now be considered off.
The Champions League finalists want to keep the Germany international, and only a “huge proposal” will turn their heads.
Meanwhile, Juve “never presented any formal bid” and, in current conditions, the deal is a non-starter, according to Romano.
Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea handed boost in Adeyemi pursuit
Arsenal, Liverpool, Man United and Chelsea will no doubt have been monitoring proceedings between Dortmund, Adeyemi and Juve.
Now, with the deal seemingly a non-starter, it hands the Premier League quartet a new window of opportunity.
And while talk of a “huge proposal” may seem daunting at first, it’s worth remembering that Serie A is financially a lot weaker than the Premier League.
The finances in the English top flight – particularly at the top end – routinely outmuscle the continent’s elite, with only a few exceptions.
With that in mind, the next few weeks will be interesting with regards to the race for Adeyemi.
