Tottenham Hotspur have had a busy few days on the transfer front, with one new signing on the cards and a big departure also in the pipeline.
Spurs have signed one new senior player so far this summer, bringing Archie Gray to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from Leeds.
Tottenham have also offloaded a number of players, either through sales, loans, or free transfers.
On Friday afternoon, Spurs struck an agreement with Bournemouth over Dominic Solanke, who is now set for a medical.
Tottenham also came to an agreement over the sale of an “outstanding” player who is surplus to Ange Postecoglou’s requirements.
Fabrizio Romano has now provided a further update regarding said player’s immediate future.

Emerson Royal set to leave Tottenham as AC Milan medical looms
The player in question is Emerson Royal, who is now set to join Serie A giants AC Milan.
On Friday morning, Romano declared “here we go” on Emerson to the San Siro in a deal worth in excess of £12million.
Then, in the evening, the transfer insider revealed that Emerson will travel to Milan on Sunday ahead of undergoing medical tests on Monday morning.
Romano added that Tottenham have authorised the player to leave their pre-season camp and travel for those tests.
Emerson set to call time on his Tottenham career
Although Postecoglou praised Emerson last season, lauding his “outstanding” attitude (football.london), the defender sadly hasn’t kicked on at Tottenham.
He’s a talented player, but things just haven’t worked out for him at Spurs. Now, he’s finally set to get a change of scenery, and at a pretty good club too.
