Jurgen Klopp breaks silence after David Coote's X-rated Liverpool video leaked

Jurgen Klopp has posted on social media for the first time since footage of Premier League referee David Coote slating him and his former club Liverpool leaked.

In the shocking video, Coote, 42, when asked by a companion for his thoughts on the Liverpool game while serving as fourth official, to which he replied, “Liverpool were s***t.”

He also expressed his feelings regarding Klopp, 57, by saying, “C***, absolute c***.”

The referee then explained why he felt that way, “Aside from having a right pop at me when I reffed them against Burnley in lockdown, he accused me of lying and then just had a right f****** pop at me.

“I’ve got no interest in speaking to somebody who’s f****** arrogant, so I do my best not to speak to him.”

A second video of the referee snorting a white powder while away at Euro 2024 has since emerged in the latest twist.

Coote has since been suspended by PGMOL (Professional Game Match Officials Limited) and is under investigation by the FA.

Since leaving Anfield, the big German has accepted an offer from energy drink conglomerate Red Bull to become their Global Head of Soccer, which he will start in the new year.

Enjoying his time off, Klopp posted on Instagram talking about his new-found love for rugby and meeting South Africa international Siya Kolisi.

Liverpool are doing fine without Klopp for the moment, sitting at the top of the Premier League table and seemingly loving life under Arne Slot.

With the international break in full swing, fans will have to wait until November 24th before the Merseyside club are back in action against Southampton.
