Liverpool fans wowed as talks advance to sign the 'next Mohamed Salah'

Liverpool fans have taken to social media to express their excitement over a potential deal for Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush.

According to German outlet BILD, Arne Slot’s side are already in negotiations over a £50million deal for the 25-year-old and he is keen on making the move to Anfield in the 2025 summer transfer window.

Marmoush has been one of European football’s break-out stars of the season, scoring 14 goals and providing 10 assists in 16 appearances across all competitions for the German club.

The Egyptian is currently away on international duty with Salah, 32, as they prepare to face Cape Verde and Botswana in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Salah is one of three key players, alongside Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold, who will be out of contract at the end of the season.
