Rangers open to offers for most of their players as Ianis Hagi update emerges - report

Rangers are understood to be open to hearing offers for most of their players in the summer transfer window, according to Football Scotland.

The news outlet reported on 8 June that despite signing Jefte, the plan is for Ridvan Yilmaz to stay at the club and compete for a starting spot.

With regards to Ianis Hagi, he does not expect to return to Ibrox and has already told his representatives to find him a new club.

Rangers must not have a majority of their players on the shop market

Having most of the players available for sale can create a sense of instability and uncertainty within a team.

It sends a message to both the players and the fans that the manager is not fully committed to his current squad, which can negatively impact morale and team cohesion.

This approach can lead to a revolving door of players, making it difficult to build a strong team identity and chemistry on the pitch.

Stability is built by retaining a core group of players who understand the club’s philosophy and culture.

These players become the backbone of the team, providing leadership and setting the standard for others to follow.

When a club has a stable core, it can better plan for the future, develop young talent, and maintain a consistent style of play.

Selling a majority of players can disrupt these processes, leading to a lack of continuity and potential setbacks in the club’s development so it’s important for them to be careful about their plan of action.

In other Rangers news, a Premier League midfielder with “great quality” is now up for grabs this summer amid a recent development with a move to Ibrox on the cards.
