'The conditions...' - Weather warning shared by Rangers SLO ahead of Dundee clash at Ibrox

Rangers are set to take on Dundee at Ibrox on Saturday in adverse weather conditions, warns the club SLO.

Gers play host to Dundee in the SPFL on 21 December and there’s expected to be strong winds and heavy rains at the game.

Supporters have been advised to dress appropriately for the clash but there’s been nothing about the game being called off, at this stage.

The Gers SLO wrote on X: “Weather Warning. Please note that there is a weather warning in place for today’s game, with strong wind and heavy rain expected. We advise all supporters to plan their journey carefully and dress appropriately for the conditions. Stay safe and enjoy the match!”

Rangers have to secure the three points against Dundee

Adverse weather is going to equally impact both clubs so it cannot be used as an excuse for Gers to not pick up the three points.

Philippe Clement’s side have shown remarkable improvement of late and it’s time that they go on a run of wins.

They played well against Celtic but ended up losing that game so hopefully, heads will not have fallen after that one.

It’s important that they start this one strongly and they can be assured that the fans are going to be cheering them on from minute one.

If Clement wants to prove he’s the right man for the job, these are the games his side should be winning without any problem.

Hopefully, the players can go on about their roles professionally and end up securing the much-needed three points at home.
