Vote for the Bundesliga Player of the Month for November 2024!
Nathaniel Brown, Omar Marmoush, Florian Wirtz, Jamal Musiala, Dayot Upamecano and Anthony Caci are the candidates for the Bundesliga Player of the Month award for November 2024.
The Player of the Month award was created by the DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga in 2018/19, in cooperation with the Bundesliga's official licensing partner, EA Sports.
The award is decided through a two-stage selection process that considers both the players' individual performance data and a vote by fans and experts.
For November, the selections were made based on performances on Matchdays 9, 10, 11 and 12...
Nathaniel Brown (Eintracht Frankfurt)
Eintracht Frankfurt’s Nathaniel Brown is the Bundesliga’s current breakout star. Having made his first league start in early November on Matchday 9, the Germany U21 international has seized his opportunity with both hands, cementing his place in the team with four goal contributions in as many games. Playing as a left-back in a back four, he scored on his Bundesliga debut during a stunning 7-2 win against Bochum – netting with his very first shot at this level. Just one week later, deployed as a left midfielder, he scored again in a 3-2 victory over last season’s runners-up VfB Stuttgart. Brown then added a brace of assists in the 4-0 win at Heidenheim on Matchday 12.
Having been signed by Frankfurt last January but loaned back to Nürnberg for the second half of the last Bundesliga 2 campaign, Brown is now thriving in the Bundesliga. “Nene has been outstanding for weeks,” said Eintracht head coach Dino Toppmöller after the Heidenheim victory. Brown himself added: “I don’t like to talk about my own performance, but things are going very well at the moment. That’s also thanks to the team – we’re in great form, and it’s incredibly fun.”
