Arsenal have gone second in the Premier League table after running out 1-0 winners over Ipswich Town in Friday’s match at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners broke Ipswich’s resistance in the 23rd minute when Leandro Trossard reached the byline and put a ball in for Kai Havertz to sweep home.
Arsenal dominated proceedings against Ipswich, boasting close to 70 percent of possession and weighing in with 13 efforts and over 650 passes.
However, only one goal separated the two sides, with the Gunners looking less dangerous without the injured Bukayo Saka and Ipswich defending well.
One of the most positive points for Arsenal in the game was how well Myles Lewis-Skelly did as fans sung his praises on social media.

Myles Lewis-Skelly maturity hailed by Arsenal fans
Arsenal fans were all making similar points about Lewis-Skelly, namely that his quality and composure are more like an experienced player in his prime than a teenager.
“Lewis Skelly is an 18-year-old playing like a 28-year-old in his prime,” said one fan. “Unreal talent.”
Another said: “Myles Lewis-Skelly is unreal. Plays like he has 10 years more experience than his age.”
The praise kept coming, with one supporter writing: “Myles Lewis-Skelly. What an absolutely phenomenal talent.
“Absolutely incredible player for his age. The confidence, the ability, insane.”
Another said: “Lewis Skelly btw, I’m on my feet applauding. We’ve got a serious baller on our hands. Plays with so much maturity for his age.”
And one added: “Lewis-Skelly is unreal. Guy just doesn’t lose the ball. His low centre of gravity is incredible, so composed on the ball!”
How the media rated Lewis-Skelly display for Arsenal v Ipswich
London World gave Lewis-Skelly a rating of 7 out of 10 for his efforts on the night.
‘What a talent this lad is,’ they wrote. ‘Looks so at ease in the top flight and a level above the Ipswich men.
‘That said, was guilty of a silly clearance in the second half and almost saw tempers flare in a coming together with Kalvin Phillips.’
Meanwhile, GiveMeSport gave Lewis-Skelly a rating of 8 out of 10 for how he did against Kieran McKenna’s side.
They wrote: ‘Another start for the promising youngster at full-back as he looks to relive Bukayo Saka’s early development in the Gunners first team.
‘Comfortable on the ball and had next to nothing to deal with defensively as Omari Hutchinson offered little threat.’
