Rangers midfielder Connor Barron has wasted little time making an impression during pre-season.

The Gers played a behind-closed-doors friendly with Standard Liege on Wednesday (10 July).

It ended 0-0 between the two sides, although supporters would have been delighted to see what Barron was spotted doing in the opening exchanges of the contest.

The new Rangers signing started the match, and as per Jonas Bernard via X (10 July), the 21-year-old could be seen putting in a crunching challenge in the middle of the park.
