Expert predicts Tottenham talent to join QPR on loan in 2025, could be their new No 1

Tottenham could allow Josh Keeley to join another London-based club on loan next season.

Keeley is already playing his football with one London-based club, with the goalkeeper having made quite the impact on loan at Leyton Orient this season.

As a result of his bright form, the 21-year-old shot-stopper has been mooted to join a Championship club on loan next year.

And Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – has suggested QPR as a potential destination.

“I think Keeley should continue with Leyton Orient until the end of the season,” Wenham said.

“Once that loan is over, he could then look for a Championship club ahead of next season. He has the ability to be a number one in that league. Therefore, I could see that being a good move for him.

“I think it would be good for him to remain in London, and maybe join QPR. That could be a really good move for Keeley.”

Keeley spent some time on loan with Barnet last season and has been playing his football with Leyton Orient this year. Therefore, it would make sense for him to once again remain in London.

With Fraser Forster expected to leave Spurs at the end of the season, the club could soon need a new long-term number two. As a result, Keeley will want to make himself as visible as possible to Ange Postecoglou and Tottenham.

And playing regular football in the Championship would be a great way for him to do that.
