Liverpool fans savage TV pundit for constantly getting two stars mixed up on air

Liverpool fans savaged TNT Sports commentator Darren Fletcher for constantly getting Cody Gakpo and Ryan Gravenberch mixed up live on air.

The Reds managed to remain top of the Premier League after picking up a 1-0 win at Selhurst Park courtesy of a Diogo Jota goal.

However, the Reds fans were fuming with Fletcher for his inability to correctly identify their players throughout the game.

The commentator made numerous mistakes regarding the two midfielders, to the point where he even noticed himself and apologised for his error.

The situation had already become obvious to fans by that point though, with fans complaining about Fletcher’s work.

Both midfielders played the entire 90 minutes for Arne Slot’s team, as the club went on to earn all three points.

Liverpool fans were left furious by Darren Fletcher’s work

Fans were quick to point out the error that was taking place, stating that the amount of times he got it wrong was “ridiculous,” with others telling TNT Sports to “sort it out.”
