Man United Exclusive: Big update on Jadon Sancho tonight

Jadon Sancho is set to leave Man United this summer – but the Premier League giants will make a “huge” loss on him.

Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track Podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed the winger is set to depart Old Trafford following his fallout with Erik ten Hag last season.

With United choosing to commit to Ten Hag as the manager for the forthcoming season, sources say there’s no way of Sancho staying.

United could command a decent fee for the 25-year-old, who impressed during his loan spell at Borussia Dortmund last season.

However, the 20-time champions are set to make a loss on the winger they initially spent over £70million on, with the club expected to accept an offer of around half that sum.

Man United will cut their losses

Sancho initially joined Man United in 2021, and has managed to rack up 82 appearances for the club in all competitions.

With 12 goals and six assists, he hasn’t been able to hit the same numbers he had during his time in Germany.

Last season saw him and Ten Hag fall out as the England international made just three Premier League appearances, and now he’s headed towards the exit door this summer.

Football Insider revealed that Italian giants Juventus are in pole position to sign Sancho this summer.

His former club Dortmund “would love” to re-sign him as well, but sources say the club would struggle to meet his asking price.
